AI assistants are billed by usage
The tutor, chatbots and staff assistant run on Claude by Anthropic, and their cost depends on how much they're used, so it isn't part of any package. Each provider gets its own AI account with a monthly spending limit you set. You pay what the AI costs plus 20%, itemised on your invoice. Most providers spend R100 to R1,000 a month.
Prices exclude VAT and apply on a 12-month minimum term. Bugs and outages are always fixed at no charge; how-to support beyond your included hours is R850 an hour. Course content loading, custom features and extra students are quoted separately. Multi-campus and custom integrations are quoted per project. Founding clients get 25% off set-up.

What providers usually ask
Can other schools see our data?
No. Every provider has its own deployment and database. Nothing is shared.
What if we leave?
You get a full export of your contacts, students, payments and documents.
Can you load our existing courses?
Yes. Send us your PDFs, slides or Word documents and we build the chapters and quizzes for you, quoted per course.
Do we need PayFast?
Only for online payments. You use your own merchant account, so card fees go straight to PayFast and money goes straight to you.
How is the AI charged?
By usage, at cost plus 20%, with a monthly limit you choose. When the limit is reached the assistants pause until the next month, so there are no surprise bills.
What does support include?
Bugs, outages and security fixes are always free. Each package includes a set number of hours a month for how-to questions and settings changes, by email or WhatsApp. Beyond that it's R850 an hour, agreed before we start.
Does it handle SETA or QCTO reporting?
Not yet. Accreditation reporting is on our roadmap. Tell us what you need and we'll scope it with you.
Can it be customised?
Yes. Modules switch on per package, and we quote custom features and integrations separately.
